Buchanan Construction has done extensive work at our home. The first addition was a two car garage with a family room above and a breezeway connecting that to our existing home. The second addition was a bedroom with full bath/full basement and a dining room. They also installed a central AC unit and hardwood and tile flooring in the original part of our house and built three new decks in the back.
Jim Buchanan’s crew are extremely professional and knowledgeable and are very pleasant to deal with. We revised the scope of these projects several times and Buchanan Construction was very patient with additions and changes. His pricing is very reasonable and you definitely get the most bang for your buck. He was very respectful of our home and cleaned up all debris.
